About this project

The mid-term evaluation took place from March - December 2019, and the final evaluation in May - December 2021. These evaluation processes involved a budget of approx. 55.000 EUR.
The mid-term evaluation was carried out via four external evaluations realised by out consultants in the Philippines, Senegal, Belgium and Brazil. There were also seven cross-evaluations by NGO members, who were coached and supervised by our consultants.

The final evaluation consisted of five external evaluations carried out in Brazil, the DRC, Burundi, Belgium and Morocco.

All these evaluations were conducted in a participatory process, including self-evaluation sessions by programme staff, prepared and facilitated by our consultants.

For more information on this project, you may find the outline of the mid-term evaluation report here.
