Technical Assistance
Technical assistance consists of short-term or long-term support to public institutions or civil society organizations to improve their functioning and efficiency and ultimately public services provided to citizens. It can be, for example, support for the development and implementation of public policies and strategies, improvement of work processes, planning or coordination between services or institutions.
Capacity Building
Training, Coaching, & Process Facilitation
Capacity building offered by INANGA is holistic and can include individual, organizational or institutional capacities.
The trainings are mainly addressed to public and private managers, and development cooperation and social sector actors (NGOs, cooperation agencies) in INANGA's areas of expertise. In order to ensure the sustainability of actions, INANGA also offers training courses for trainers according to the principles of andragogy.
Coaching offers more individualized and long-term capacity building programs.
Evaluation & Audit
INANGA's experts conduct baseline and external evaluations of projects, programs and public policies using qualitative methodologies (Outcome Mapping, Most Significant Change, Theory of Change,) and quantitative methodologies (KAP studies, Proposency Score Maching, etc.). INANGA also develops evaluation support, which is carried out by project actors with technical support or under INANGA's supervision.
INANGA also carries out capitalization in order to facilitate the transition from implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge that can be shared widely.
Research & Studies
INANGA’s team of expert consultants has extensive experience in conducting rigorous field studies and research using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. It could be perception studies, sector diagnostics (i.e. judicial system diagnostic analysis in a specific country), feasibility studies, anthropologic research and academic publications.
Project & Program Development
INANGA consultants have years of project management experience and policy analysis and development expertise in many different countries that can be used to support project development processes for NGOs, cooperation agencies and international organizations.
